PDF to Excel

Pulling data out of a PDF to work with in Excel is one of the most common document headaches. Our extractor reads the text content of each page, infers row and column positions from the text layout, and writes the result to a well-structured XLSX spreadsheet.

Each PDF page becomes its own worksheet tab. Rows are grouped by their vertical position on the page, and columns by horizontal position — matching the visual table structure of the original document.

Works best with PDFs that contain native text (not scanned images). The browser-based approach is fast and private — no upload, no server, no waiting.
